HOSE LENGTH
Use the vertical lines on the diagram to help you calculate the length. The length is measured from seat to seat, except for banjos, which are measured from the center of the banjo eye.
Length tolerance is ±5mm.
Measurement points and permitted lengths will be confirmed before ordering is enabled.
HOSE COLOUR

LINE PURPOSE
If this line is to be used for a car caliper, we will need to put a protective black rubber boot around the ends of the line. This provides added protection against movement caused by steering and suspension travel.
HEATSHRINK (choose a finish)
For a discreet finish, black heatshrink can cover the hose ends. Choose “Not Shrunk” if you need to align the fittings before applying heat.

Upgrade your braking system with our custom stainless steel braided brake lines, engineered for durability, precision and consistent braking performance.
Designed for road, track and off-road use, our made-to-measure brake hoses help minimise expansion under pressure for a firmer, more responsive brake pedal feel. Each hose features a PTFE inner core, reinforced stainless steel braiding and a protective, wipe-clean PVC coating for long-lasting durability and reliability.

PREMIUM STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE FITTINGS
Our fittings are manufactured in the UK from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. We do not use mild or zinc-plated steel fittings in these assemblies.

Answers to common questions about ordering your made-to-measure hose.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY BRAKE HOSE?
Follow the intended hose route using flexible wire or string, allowing for suspension and steering movement where applicable. Measure between the correct fitting reference points, including the centre of a banjo eye for banjo fittings. Check the measurement guidance in the hose builder before ordering.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIXED AND SWIVEL FITTINGS?
Fixed fittings do not rotate independently of the hose. Swivel fittings can rotate to help with alignment during installation. Select the correct thread, seat and angle for each connection.
CAN I ADD SUPPORTS OR GROMMETS?
Yes. You can select up to three supports or grommets for each hose in the builder. Additional supports may affect the displayed hose price.
WHAT IS THE HOSE MADE FROM?
The hose uses a smooth-bore PTFE liner, stainless steel reinforcement and a protective PVC outer coating. The end fittings are stainless steel and permanently swaged to the hose.
WHICH BRAKE FLUIDS CAN I USE?
Fluid compatibility depends on the specific hose assembly and application. Confirm suitability for your brake or hydraulic fluid, operating pressure and temperature before use.
ARE THE FITTINGS REUSABLE?
No. The fittings are permanently swaged to the hose and should not be removed or reused.
